The impact of packaging and branding on the consumer choice of plant-based milks

Abstract
This paper investigates the influence of packaging and branding on consumer preferences for plant-based milk alternatives. With the growing trend towards plant-based diets and increased awareness of environmental sustainability, the demand for plant-based milk products has surged. However, in a crowded market, packaging and branding play significant roles in shaping consumer perceptions and purchase decisions. Through a survey-based study, this research analyzes the preferences of consumers regarding packaging and branding attributes of plant-based milk products. The findings highlight key factors driving consumer choice and offer insights for marketers and manufacturers to effectively position their products in this competitive market.
