Abstract
The design of workspaces significantly affects workers' psychological health, output, and satisfaction. This study investigates the relationship between space configuration and its impact on persons in professional settings, with an emphasis on spatial characteristics such as layout openness, workstation arrangement, closeness to collaboration areas, and silent zones. The study investigates how careful spatial design might improve employee well-being and efficiency by increasing control, reducing stress, and encouraging creativity. Natural lighting, privacy levels, accessibility, and ergonomic furniture are all important factors to consider while establishing a healthy work environment. This study seeks to uncover design methods that promote psychological wellness, collaboration, and productivity by assessing current literature and conducting surveys across diverse organizational layouts.
